Logistics & Schedling
Normal sessions take 60 or 90 minutes, based on:
- Student age
- Attention span
- Subject complexity
- Academic urgency
In case of more serious student work or when getting ready to take an exam, longer sessions can be suggested to enable profound training and learning.
We also need prior warning of any change of schedules so that both families are not unfairly sidelined and we are not unfair to the tutors. During the onboarding process, specific cancellation rules are presented in order to ensure that expectations are transparent and professional.
