1. Agreement to Terms
The Terms and Conditions are a legally enforceable agreement between you, (you, user, parent or student) and After Class Tutors (Company, we, us or our) with regard to your access to and use of www.afterclasstutors.com and our tutoring services.

By using the Site or placing an order to be tutored, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms because you have read, understood and accepted them. In case you do not find agreement, you should stop using it immediately.
We are free to change these Terms any time. Further use of the Site is acceptance of new conditions.
2. Eligibility
We target users who are 13 years and above.
Under 18 students should be with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Through our services you signify that:

- You are able to enter into this agreement.
- You shall obey all the rules and regulations.
3.Tutoring Services
After Class Tutors offers individual academic tutoring, online and in-person (where applicable).
We specialize in:

- STEM & Humanities
- Test Preparation
Tutoring was created to be an add on to classroom instruction, not a replacement of school instruction.
4.Student Responsibilities
The student enrolling into tutoring services undertakes to:
- Be punctual during all planned meetings.
- Give a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation.
- Bring necessary materials (textbooks, notes, assignments, calculators, etc.).
- Adhere to all academic integrity regulations.
- Show respect to tutors and staff.
- Avoid disruptive or unseemly conduct.
The tutors are free to deny any assistance regarding the assignment that would not comply with the academic integrity policies of the school (e.g., exams, graded assessments where external help is not allowed).
Cancellation and no-show policy.
5.Cancellations & No-Show Policy
- Latest cancellations or missed visitations will be billed fully under the category of no-show.
- Make-up sessions will be based on the availability of tutors.
- The pre-packaged packages should be consumed within the stipulated period.
6. Payment Terms
- The payment is to be made before the initial session unless it is otherwise.
- The use of package sessions has to be in the stipulated validity period.
- Unless mentioned otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable.
- We have the option of changing prices at any time.
7. Free Trials & Promotions
- We offer free trial sessions (in case provided), but these are only available to new students.
- Promotional offers can be restricted with regard to their eligibility.
- We have the authority to change or cancel promotions whenever we please.
Intellectual Property
The information accessed on this Site, such as the text, graphics, branding, logos, designs, and materials are owned by After Class Tutors and is covered by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not:
Use site materials commercially.
Reproduction or distribution of proprietary material.
Advertise with our branding.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Utilize the Site illegally
- Attempt to get unauthorized access to systems
- Violate Site security measures
- Apply automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.)
- Fraud as someone else.
- Request tutors to tutor privately off After Class Tutors
Account termination can be initiated due to any of the violations.

10. Disclaimer
The Site and tutoring services are given on an as is and on an as available basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Particular grade gains.
- Acceptance to any program or school.
- Test score increases
The performance of students in school is influenced by individual effort and the consistency and other externalities that are out of our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the utmost length the law will allow:
Subsequent Class Tutors The Post Post-Class Tutors will not be liable to any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages as a result of using the Site or services.
Our total liability would not be more than the amount we pay on tutoring services.
12. Privacy
We also have a Privacy Policy that regulates your use of our Site.
You agree to the use and collection of information by use of our services as it is stated in the services.
We adhere to relevant laws in data protection in the U.S.
13. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Both sides concur to make at least 90 days of effort in informal negotiation, before proceeding to formal proceedings.
Binding Arbitration
In case it is not resolved, the conflicts will be solved through a binding arbitration in Orange County, California, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association.
You waive the right to:
- Trial by jury
- Class action lawsuits
Governing Law
The Terms are going to be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of California without consideration of the principles of conflicts of law.
Termination
We have the authority to suspend or cancel services of:
Violation of these Terms
Non-payment
Inappropriate conduct
Academic dishonesty
Tutoring services can be canceled at any time either side.
14. Dispute Resolution

15.Miscellaneous
- These Terms embody the whole agreement.
